Brynawel - Making Change a Positive Experience

Since its inception in 1977 Brynawel has become a leading centre
of excellence in South Wales for the provision of high quality
professional alcohol treatment services, support & assistance both
on site at its rural residential facility and, also, outside in the
community, for people and families experiencing alcohol
dependency issues.

Our aim is to help people towards lasting alcohol abstinence
through exploring the issues triggering its misuse.

At Brynawel we help to create positive change and provide support
to help people build the confidence to take better control of their
lives and achieve independent living and inclusion in their own
communities.

Within each of the Brynawel Teams - Therapy, Family or
Community, confidentiality is a fundamental aspect of our services
and we respect privacy at all times.

Our counsellors are members of the BACP (British Association of
Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and we work within its ethics
and code of conduct.
